MINDFULNESS & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING COURSES

*Are you feeling stressed, and unable to switch off?
*Do you feel overwhelmed with the challenges of life?

*Are you able to find time for yourself?

In a society that’s often dominated by devices and a demanding pace of life, developing an ability to switch off and to stop worrying, has never been more important. Life becomes significantly less stressful when people have learned how to pause and be mindful.
Many people today are suffering from stress and anxiety and are unaware that the practice of mindfulness is an antidote to stress and anxiety.
The
practice of mindfulness has also been scientifically proven to develop EQ. While we are all born with a certain IQ, EQ is something we can develop and continue to master throughout our lives. Having a high EQ helps us to understand, use and manage our emotions and the emotions of others more effectively.
As an experienced coach, educator, facilitator and parent, I have a lot of valuable expertise to add to my Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence Coaching Practice. I am passionate about the difference mindfulness makes as I’ve experienced this first-hand in myself and also through my clients; students, parents and professionals:

"I strongly recommend this course to anyone seeking to slow down, reduce stress and become more self-aware and kinder”.
   Theresa Fouche

"Brenda’s course is outstanding. It is clear, well-structured and a fantastic course for personal development. There is something on this course for everyone, from all backgrounds and ages."
   Liam Thornley

The regular practice of mindfulness can have profound impacts on parenting, relationships, work/life balance, stress and anxiety levels, time management, academic achievement, managing distractions, having compassion and acceptance for ourselves and others. People with a higher EQ invariably enjoy greater self-acceptance and have developed strategies to navigate their way through personal and professional challenges.

Research has proved that mindfulness works:
science has proved that practising mindfulness on a regular basis can have significant positive effects on our health and well-being.
For example: a landmark study led by Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital found that as little as eight weeks of mindfulness meditation not only helped people experience decreased anxiety and greater feelings of calm; it also produced growth in the areas of the brain associated with memory, empathy, sense of self and stress regulation. This Harvard study shows what mindfulness meditation literally does to the brain.
