(This is coaching completed after one of my EQ & Mindfulness workshops).
I also offer individual coaching sessions to compliment my EQ & mindfulness courses and workshops. While I share effective strategies and tools to improve well-being, performance and relationships in my courses and workshops, having a few individual coaching sessions after a course/workshop, has proven to be very effective for achieving sustainable change for the client. These sessions are used to mentor and coach the client on how to personalise and imbed these practices into his/her life to maximise growth and positive change.
